10 Years Challenge
2009... 2019... 2029...

On 13th of February 2019, we invited our guests to a meeting with Dasha Veledeeva, one of the youngest chief editors of Harper’s Bazaar magazine. This time, RSVP Corporation and Club Eclectique offered an exclusive evening, which was held in one of the most private members' clubs in London - Morton’s Club.

Dasha Veledeeva, editor-in-chief of the Russian version of Harper’s Bazaar magazine, knows everything about fashion, and in the broadest sense of this social phenomenon. The modern democratisation of fashion, its eclectic motifs, not only meticulously choose the best from past forms, but also open confidently to the future trends.

10 years challenge - flash mob in the spirit of the times. The challenge is always the prerogative of the young and the exact hit “in the bullseye” of the so-called “zaitgaysta”. Fortunately for us, the people of the fashion world not only feel the “spirit”, but also take part in shaping it, and with expert accuracy they can determine what awaits us in ten years.

Fashion has long gone beyond the boundaries of external forms, turning its own dictatorship into a philosophy. Dasha and those like her, young and successful specialists in this field, hardened in the crucible of the fashion industry and retained their style, human dignity and nervous system, are worth their weight in gold today.

The fashionable image firmly took one of the first places in the code of good form. And the fact that the phrase “It seems they will wear a long and wide” causes an instant desire to change the wardrobe, and not the ironic smile from recognizing the “pearl” from the immortal image of Fimochka Dogs, - and there is a main marker of how firmly the fashion has taken the leading place in the first echelon of modern values: self-esteem, success, happiness.
